Exceptional Staff and Beautiful Amenities

We had an amazing stay, celebrating our anniversary in a gorgeous room with an infinity pool. Everything from the food to the cleanliness of the facilities was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt special. The beach was a bit challenging due to seaweed, but overall, the resort exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful time at the resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly memorable. The beach was stunning, with plenty of seating, and I particularly enjoyed the attentive service at the Tao Cat restaurant. However, I found the gym equipment a bit outdated.

Beautiful grounds and a clean, quiet adults-only pool provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. Enjoying unique treats like the hot dog food van and smoothie shack was a delightful surprise. However, inconsistent service and challenges like an unexpected overcharge marred the experience. Additionally, dining options for those with specific dietary needs felt lacking.

Check-in took far too long, bordering on hours, and the room was not properly cleaned or stocked upon arrival. I found stained sheets upon entering, which really soured my experience, especially considering the urgent need for cleanliness. Shower temperatures fluctuated dramatically, resulting in lukewarm to freezing showers, which was a bummer. The pool area had some cleanliness issues as well, with observed peeling paint and the occasional missing tile, leaving a less-than-ideal impression. Additionally, the variety of food options was quite limited and often served cold, which didn't hit the spot during my meals. Overall, I felt that some amenities needed a refresh to match the price point.

stayed at catalonia and had an amazing time. the beach is terrific with lounge chairs always available. we loved the premium junior suite, especially with the fresh and healthy food options. the staff, including arelis and nilson, made our stay memorable with their friendly service and constant cleanliness around the resort.

The staff at Catalonia were exceptionally helpful, resolving my room issues promptly and upgrading me to a Privileged room that was both modern and comfortable. The location was beautiful, offering a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Additionally, access to the beachside juices was a refreshing treat during my stay.

During our stay, we enjoyed a lively entertainment scene with activities that kept our nights fun and exciting. The team organized a fantastic tropical night where we danced under the stars. We also loved the variety of the dining options, especially the seafood dishes.

In my wife’s opinion, a kids' entertainment program would have been great.

The room, a Superior Junior Suite, offered spaciousness and daily stocked minibars, which is a nice touch for winding down after a day. The beachfront location provides a picturesque setting perfect for sunrise photography.
